IMCW Staff

Anne Adams Green, Administrator

Anne is responsible for day-to-day operations. Working collaboratively with the Board of Directors, the staff and members of the IMCW community, Anne is responsible for coordinating communications and website development, financial processing, and implementation of fundraising campaigns. She came to IMCW through the Family Meditation class, and has a meditation practice that extends back to high school.


Neile Whitney, Assistant Administrator

Reading The Third Eye by T. Lobsang Rampa as a teenager sparked Neile's interest in Buddhism. She was pleased to discover IMCW and joined in spring of 2005. Neile was hired as administrative staff in the spring of 2006. She helped create and manages the volunteer program, designs, edits, and publishes IMCW's newsletters and other publications, coordinated the writing and design of the new IMCW website, and manages the website.


Janet Merrick, Audio & Video Dharma

Janet has assisted with the recording, editing and posting of audio dharma and podcasts for Tara Brach and IMCW since 2005. She manages several IMCW retreats and workshops each year. Janet also works as personal assistant to Tara and is the administrative support for the new Meditation Teacher Training Program. She is the webmaster for Tara’s website.



Glen Harrison, Wednesday Night Coordinator, KM Group Coordinator

Glen joined the IMCW staff in March 2011. He started practicing with IMCW in 2010 and has been meditating since his late 20's. He is responsible for the smooth running of IMCW's Wednesday night class, KM Group coordination, audio editing and retreat management. Glen is also education manager for the Mindfulness in DC Area Schools (MINDS) project and teaches mindfulness for students K-12.
