This morning meditation group is intended as an oasis in a busy week. It includes a 30-minute meditation period with some instruction, followed by informal sharing/discussion. These classes are led by IMCW teachers-in-training.

Newcomers to meditation and long time practitioners are welcome to attend our classes in metro D.C. Chairs are always provided or you may bring your sitting gear.
