IMCW Children and Families

The IMCW Family Program welcomes you to our family and children mindfulness and meditation classes and daylongs as well as our annual family residential retreat in the Shenandoah foothills. The IMCW Family Program continues to be a unique support for families who wish to keep the mindfulness teachings of wisdom and compassion alive in their hearts and homes. Equally supportive is the path this program paves for young people and adults alike to begin, develop and maintain a lifelong practice.

Founded in 2000, the IMCW Family Program is run by families, for families. We are a growing community aspiring to nourish deeper connection, inclusivity, and joy within family relationships and the broader world. As families are the soil in which the future is planted, we are passionate about what we do. Visit and "like" our Facebook page. Please feel free to contact our teachers with any questions or comments.
