A Year Living Mindfully 2012-3

By Jonathan Foust | Dec 27 2011

A 12-Month Inquiry into the Nature of Awakened Heart and Mind

Have you wondered what might happen if you held a consistent focus on mindfulness and kindness for a full year?

The happiest seasons of our lives often correlate to when we maintain a dedicated focus on what most matters to us.

"A Year of Living Mindfully" is all about supporting you in integrating the dharma into your daily life. The program includes two weekend and five day-longs retreats. A monthly class explores practices and exercises designed to bring you into deeper self-awareness and connection. A monthly small group gathering and monthly one-on-one session with a fellow practitioner help you connect more intimately with your group. You also have some 1-1 sessions with Jonathan.

The program starts in April of 2012. Applications are due March 1. This is the fifth year Jonathan leads this twelve-month inquiry.

Feel free to email Jonathan to explore whether this program is a match for you.

Jonathan's website has more information on his classes and workshops.
