Tibetan Teacher Anam Thubten to Co-teach IMCW December Retreat

Tibetan Teacher Anam Thubten to Co-teach IMCW December Retreat

By Editor | Aug 5 2011

Tara states,

When I first met Tibetan teacher Anam Thubten informally, I was immediately struck by his warmth and humor. As we began talking, a striking depth and clarity of wisdom came through. Anam is the real deal-- a very realized, awake being. I've been deeply influenced by Tibetan practices and am thrilled at the opportunity to co-lead a retreat with a Tibetan teacher who I so greatly like and respect. This promises to be a special retreat: It's an opportunity to explore a blend of teachings and meditations that represent the liberating essence of Buddhist dharma. He is the author of one of my favorite books, “No Self, No Problem.”

Anam Thubten joins Tara Brach and Jonathan Foust in leading IMCW's weekend retreat December 1-4, "Awakening to Our True Nature."  Find more information and registration here.
