IMCW is offering more audio dharma by senior teachers Tara Brach, Hugh Byrne and Jonathan Foust than ever before, as well as audio dharma talks by guest teachers such as Lama Surya Das and Anh-Huong Nguyen

Those of you who have not yet had a chance to explore the Talks pages on our new website will discover that we offer guided meditations from each class in audio, and offer the dharma talks video formats. Audio of Tara Brach’s dharma talks can be found on her podcast. We hope you wlll enjoy talks such as “Wholehearted Living,” “Befriending Our Experience,” and “The Art of Listening.”

You’ll notice that this year’s Wednesday night class with Tara Brach and occasional guest speakers are now available on video.  We also hope that you’ll explore our series pages, which include, “Stress & Meditation,” “Living in the Body,” and “Forgiveness.”  One of our most popular videos is Tara Brach’s “Introduction to Meditation” audio/video series from the fall of 2010, which offers practical advice on creating a skillful meditation practice. Tara will be offering another Introduction to Meditation series in September 2011; we hope you will join us at class or by listening to the talks online.

We hope you enjoy these talks. All of our talks are offered freely; if you would like to make a donation please visit IMCW's Giving page.
