Suffering comes from our unlived life--the unseen, unfelt parts of our psyche. Through this workshop, we will explore how the Buddhist practices of mindfulness and compassion can free us from the bind of difficult emotions like fear and shame. The day will include didactic presentation, guided meditations, experiential exercises, and time for sharing and questions.
