Explore the transformative power of Buddhist mindfulness and heart meditations in the sacred space of spiritual community. This retreat will include dharma talks, guided sitting and walking meditations, group interviews, and mindful movement. Much of our time together will be held in noble silence.

Registration Information
Fees:
$290 Shared room (1-2 other yogis) with shared bath -- $145 deposit required
$350 Double room with private bath -- $175 deposit required
$400 Single room with private bath -- $200 deposit required
50% deposit required: You have the option of paying the full fee upfront or making a 50% deposit to reserve your place at the retreat, with balance due upon arrival. If you choose the partial payment option, please mail your final payment in ASAP.
Dana: In keeping with the Buddhist tradition, the teachers and retreat managers receive no payment. The above cost covers room & board only. Donations offered by students at the end of the retreat are appreciated and support the teachers and retreat managers in continuing to make the teachings available to all. Dana offerings are tax-deductible.
Scholarships: Scholarships are available. To apply, please submit the Scholarship Application (find here) to Anne Adams Green, Office Administrator, before registering. One approved for a scholarship, you will be emailed a scholarship code to include with your registration. You can also direct a donation to the scholarship fund on the registration form. Please apply early as funds are limited.
IMCW Refund Policy: If you cancel more than four weeks before the start of the retreat, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than four weeks before the retreat unless we are able to fill your space. If we are able to fill your space, the administrative fee will be $100 and the balance will be refunded. There is no refund if you decide to leave the retreat early. You have the option to receive a refund check or to offer the balance of the registration fee as a tax-deductible donation to the IMCW Scholarship Fund. Please note: If you are in the midst of a life trauma, emotional upheaval or instability that might require individual support beyond our scheduled meetings with teachers, the retreat format may not be a good match at this time.
