Walking meditationPLEASE NOTE NEW TIME AND LOCATION.  

Hugh's Sunday morning meditation group is for many an oasis in a busy week. It includes two 30-minute guided meditations, a ten-minute walking meditation between sittings, and a half-hour at the end of the session to focus on a particular area of sitting or daily-life practice. After the sitting, those with the time and inclination often adjourn to a nearby coffee shop to continue the dharma discussion or for more informal sharing or exploration of the state of the world.

Newcomers to meditation and long time practitioners are welcome to attend our classes in metro D.C. No registration is necessary. Chairs are always provided or you may bring your sitting gear.
