Winter is the perfect season for meditation, as we align with the slowed-down natural world. Join us for a nourishing afternoon of mindfulness practices. Appropriate for beginners or long-time practitioners wishing to stay on track, we'll be resting in the healing peace we create together. Sitting meditation, walking meditation, mindful movement, liberating inquiry, teaching, and Q & A.

Registration Information
Registration will close at 9 p.m. on Sunday, February 19.
Fee structure: $50 regular, $40 seniors, students. No one turned away due to inability to pay—contact Trish ("Email Us", below) if you need special pricing.
Online registration will close at 3 p.m. on February 17, unless it is full before then.
Scholarships: Scholarships are available. To apply, please click the Email Us button below before registering. You can also direct a donation to the scholarship fund on the registration form. Please apply early as funds are limited.
IMCW Refund Policy: $25 of the registration fee is non-refundable. If you contact the retreat manager by clicking the Email Us button below three weeks before the event, the balance of your registration will be refunded. Issuing a refund check may take 2-4 weeks. If you cancel less than three weeks before your retreat begins, your full deposit is forfeited.
