The IMCW ENews is published monthly to provide you with dharma articles, articles about sangha members, updates on current classes, retreats, sangha events, news and volunteer opportunities. Announcements of interest (such as emergency closings of the Wednesday night class) are also emailed from time to time.

OFF THE CUSHION (OTC) is IMCW's community-based email list designed to provide you with a way to meet people in the sangha and organize events and activities.

To submit articles to OTC, please email George Williams, (wrldtree@verizon.net), by noon Wednesday for that week’s edition.

Please remember that if you unsubscribe using the link you will get no further emails at all from IMCW.  You can also follow a link to update your profile, which includes changing your email and choosing which newsletters you wish to receive individually.

The Awakening Mind newsletter emerged in a new format in fall of 2004 and is no longer available in print.
