TARA'S TEACHING SCHEDULE
Information about course fees, including IMCW's three-tiered fee structure
CLASSES
BETHESDA, MD ~ WEEKLY ~ Led by Tara Brach
Wednesday evening from 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
Orientation: 7:00 p.m. for those new to class or Vipassana or Mindfullness meditation is held in the Fellowship Room. Orientation material is provided on our Welcome Flyer.
Class includes Vipassana meditation instruction, group sitting, and dharma talk. This is a large gathering of approximately 200.
Location: River Road Unitarian Church, 6301 River Road (enter from Whittier Boulevard)
Dana of $10 - $15 is suggested.

Please comply with posted parking guidelines, and only park in designated areas. No parallel parking along the driveways. The lots usually fill up, but parking is available on the surrounding streets.

(1) Driving Directions.
(2) Public transportation: Take Metro Red Line to Friendship Heights. Take the River Road T2 bus to the Whittier Blvd stop. The ride takes approximately 10 minutes.

This class is open to new and experienced meditators alike, and does not require registration. It includes a silent 45 minute meditation, and time for dharma inquiry (questions about the path and practice) and sharing.
Cost: A dana contribution of $15 is appreciated for room rental and teacher dana

Driving Directions: Exit I-495 at River Road and go west towards Potomac. Left at Seven Locks Road and then your first residential right onto Lilly Stone Drive. Right at a four way stop onto Hamilton Spring Road and drive to the end. Right on Hamilton Springs Court, which will take you into the Community Center parking lot. Class is held upstairs.
