BETHESDA, MD ~ WEEKLY ~ Led by Tara Brach
Wednesday evening from 7:30 - 9:00 pm
Orientation: 7:00 pm for those new to class or Vipassana or Mindfullness meditation is held in the Fellowship Room. Orientation material is provided on our Welcome Flyer.
Class includes Vipassana meditation instruction, group sitting, and dharma talk. This is a large gathering of approximately 200.
Location: River Road Unitarian Church, 6301 River Road (enter from Whittier Boulevard)
Dana of $10 - $15 is suggested.

Please comply with posted parking guidelines, and o­nly park in designated areas. No parallel parking along the driveways. The lots usually fill up, but parking is available o­n the surrounding streets.

DEEPENING PRACTICE CLASS ~ MONTHLY ~ Led by Tara Brach

This class is open to all those who would like to explore deepening their practice through a format that includes a silent 45 minute meditation, and time for questions and answers. Dana of $15 donation is suggested.

WEEKLONG RETREAT: DZOGCHEN - The Great Perfection ~ Tsoknyi Rinpoche

Of all the Buddhist methods of attainment, the teachings of Dzogchen (Great Perfection) invite students to experience a direct realization of the nature of Mind. In this retreat we will receive Dzogchen teachings from one of the most skilled and respected Tibetan lamas currently teaching in the West, Tsoknyi Rinpoche III, son of Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. Tsoknyi Rinpoche is one of those rare teachers whose lighthearted yet illuminating style appeals to all practitioners. The retreat will be based upon his latest book, Fearless Simplicity.
