Help us nurture compassionate awakening

FOR I HAVE SEEN TOO MUCH HATE. ... I HAVE DECIDED TO LOVE.

~ Martin Luther King, Jr.

Dear Friend,

IMCW members come to IMCW because they appreciate, as one member told us, "its efforts to cultivate compassion in the world and its deep connection to our family." IMCW's 50 teachers offer over 100 classes each month, as well as daylongs and residential retreats that teach and nurture the kind of fierce, compassionate awakening that is needed so desperately in these times.

Members say, "it is heartening to see an expansion in the diversity of the teachers in the IMCW community and an intention to address diversity across the larger community...." IMCW has worked to expand its programs for LGBTIQ, adults and teens of color, young people (children, teens, and young adults), and women. New sanghas (communities) include an Asian Sangha, a Middle School Class, and a Teens of Color Mindfulness Group.

          PLEASE GIVE TODAY

As always, IMCW continues its support for the important work of One Earth Sangha (supporting active, mindful response to climate change), Insight on the Inside (the prison dharma program), and Minds, Inc. (bringing mindfulness to local schools).

We hope that as you reflect on how IMCW has influenced you to live mindfully and with love, you will offer support to IMCW to continue its work. With your donation, we can continue to offer these teachings and practices as a way to transform fear, hatred, and delusion into awakened, loving presence.

          PLEASE GIVE TODAY

Yours in the Dharma,

Tara Brach and the teachers, board and staff of IMCW
