Can we train ourselves to be happier?
Join us for a look at how mindfulness and other practices can enrich our lives, build stronger relationships, heighten compassion for ourselves and others, and, yes, make us happier!
The class will consist of group discussion, in-class exercises, and between-class practices to discover and explore. No meditation experience is necessary.

Fee: This series is freely offered. There will be an opportunity to offer dana each week at class to support the teacher and venue. Registration is required.
