2nd Sundays, monthly. This class does not meet in July or August.
These middle school classes cultivate mindfulness practices that foster greater balance, compassion, and awareness in the midst of the natural highs and lows of early adolescence. The mindfulness toolkit provides the foundation of the class. Investigating the fabric of our inner lives, the causes of emotional stress, and the possibility of freedom from suffering are explored within the spirit of play and curiosity.
