Awaken and Listen to the Still, Small Voice Within: How to Enliven Your Intuitive Faculties through Meditation and Inquiry

This daylong will be online via Zoom.

What might your life be like if you could develop a consistent and reliable way to receive guidance from beyond the linear, rational mind?

Intuitive inquiry is an art, but it’s also a science. You can learn the fundamentals skills for sensing what you know to be true.

In this retreat you’ll learn:

  • Meditative techniques to cultivate present-moment awareness
  • How asking the right questions can prompt intuitive inquiry
  • The most reliable form of intuition and how to develop it
  • How to discern the voice of fear from the voice of inner knowing

This retreat is highly experiential. No prior experience in meditation required but do come with an open heart and mind.

Zoom information will be included in your registration confirmation email, and will be emailed to you by the retreat manager.

IMCW retreats and workshops offer instruction in Buddhist meditation and talks on the awakening of our natural insight, love and wisdom. While the meditation practices derive from the Buddhist tradition, they are universal in orientation and address spiritual themes of concern to all contemplative traditions.

A workshop is not primarily silent (talking may be allowed during breaks and lunch) and may be focused on a special topic, such as applying meditation to relationships, emotional healing or physical well-being. Workshops may include a variety of formats, including different reflections and exercises and the sharing of experiences.
