Grief and Gratitude: Time of reflection for the LGBTQIA+ Community

As we move through our days, we are met with both grief and gratitude. This time of reflection gives us space to hold both, in sitting practice and writing practice, as we gather together in community. We will hold noble silence during most of the day as a way to turn inward and reflect on grief and gratitude in our lives.

The writing practice will be a timed writing practice with a starting phrase or you can choose to write what is alive for you. Writing in this way can spill out onto the page what is running thru our mind and allow a path for opening to what is. Please join us.

Participating with Zoom: Notes

Note: Because this is an online retreat, participants are encouraged to find space of relative quiet, limiting the amount of interaction with others in the environment as much as possible. Participants may join by internet or via phone.

Participants will be given the Zoom link in the registration confirmation email and again via email the week before the course begins.
