Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. This class in Bethesda, MD (Montgomery County) includes 1/2 hour of Vipassana meditation instruction and guided meditation followed by an hour-long dharma talk. This is a large gathering of approximately 250-300 people.
No registration is necessary.
ASL (American Sign Language) will be offered at this class on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month.
If you plan on attending an interpreted classes on Wednesday, please contact the class coordinator, Glen Harrison, so that he can save you a seat near the interpreter.

From: Metrobus T2 (10 min. trip) from River Rd. & Winston stop at 9:05, 9:35 or 10:35 p.m.
At the beginning of each class we ask who needs a ride and match with a back to a Metro stop (or sometimes home, if the driving class member is able).
