Insight meditation cultivates our natural wisdom and compassion. Meditation practice develops concentration, which allows us to calm and steady the mind. This class includes 45-minutes of guided mindfulness meditation and dharma talk/Q&A.
Newcomers to meditation and long time practitioners are welcome to attend IMCW classes. Chairs, bolsters and blankets are always provided or you may bring your own sitting gear.

Fee: This class requires either drop-in or online registration through the yoga studio. One meditation class is $12.00, or a series of 5 passes can be purchases for $50 ($10/class).
