The Value of Meditation Retreats

Committing ourselves to meditation retreats are a powerful way of deepening our daily practice to be mindfully awake and compassionate. The continuity of mindfulness on retreat can create the conditions for spontaneous insights into the nature of how we create suffering. Additionally, we can experience the possibilities of letting go of mind habits that can free us from Dukkha (suffering).
