Dharma Talk - Relax and Be Aware: Untangling the Tangles of our Life
One of the simplest and most profound invitations for our practice and our life is to ‘relax and be aware.’ When we cultivate a sense of ease and well-being, we open space to recognize and allow all experiences in the body, heart, and mind to arise and pass. And, as the Buddha taught, bringing a kind and non-judging awareness to our experience helps us untangle the tangles of our life and is the gateway to the deepest freedom.
