I have experienced the healing capacity of meditation, both firsthand and as a witness for others. I think it is the only thing that really heals – deep lasting change.
Adam Silcott began practicing Zen meditation in the mid '90s, and later Tibetan meditation. He has settled into a Theravadan Vipassana practice, attending retreats at the Bhavana Society monastery on a regular basis. He completed the Meditation Teacher Training Institute program (MTTI) with Tara Brach, Jonathan Foust, Hugh Byrne, and Pat Coffey.
Adam has experienced first-hand the healing power of meditation, and wishes to share that experience with others.
