The teen sangha meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month.
IMCW Teen Mindfulness Circle (ITMC) supports teens ages 14-19 as they cultivate a mindfulness path. ITMC assists by providing a safe, inclusive, and diverse community space dedicated to cultivating self-awareness, social awareness, responsible decision making, and self-management.
This gathering is an opportunity for teens 14-19 to come together to support each other's mindfulness practice. (A 12 or 13-year-old teen may attend, but a caregiver must be in the adult class occuring at the same time at RRUUC.)
- Guided mindfulness meditation
- Introductions / Check-in Games
- Short talk or discussion topic on mindful living with relationships, school, and the world
- Gratitude Practice

Newcomers to meditation and long time practitioners are welcome to attend IMCW classes. Chairs are always provided or you may bring your sitting gear.
