IMCW’s Sunday morning meditation class—led by Hugh Byrne and guest teachers—has outgrown its space at the Center for Mindful Living (CML) in Tenleytown and has moved three blocks away to 4125 Albermarle Street, NW, (Iona Senior Services (ISS)). Though moving from CML, the class will continue to be very much part of the CML community.
Class participants are welcome to stay and engage with other members of the community or adjourn to a neighboring restaurant or coffee shop.
Chairs are provided. There is ample room to sit on the floor and class participants are welcome to bring their own cushion, bench, or blanket. The class is for all levels of practice—from those coming to a class or sitting for the first time to others who have practiced for decades.
This space is inclusive, everyone is welcome, and we invite you to bring with you all aspects of yourself. Iona Senior Services is fully accessible to persons with limited mobility. For accessibility inquiries about the ISS facility, please click on "Contact Us", below.
Parking
ISS has limited free parking in their underground garage, entrance located on 42nd Street NW. Street parking is also available.
