During the current health crisis, IMCW teachers will be offering online gatherings during daytime hours. These sessions will offer opportunities to for participants to meditate and to share with others, from home or work or wherever you are.
The general format will be movement, meditation, small group sharing, and large group sharing.
Teachers will be on a variable rotation, so you may see any of the teachers listed on this page.
All sessions will be held via Zoom video conference. You may join via internet (computer, tablet, smart phone) or by calling in. If you are joining via smart phone, it may be best to download the Zoom app.
