Sharon will explore what can sustain us, even in times of anxiety and loss, what helps us align with our deepest values, and what supports us in contributing to the well-being of others. She will look at timeless wisdom and time-tested methods that help us to be more centered, balanced, and resilient as we seek to transform ourselves and the world. The event will include meditation and live Q & A. People registered for the Zoom call will have the opportunity to ask questions.

This event is a fundraiser for the Insight Meditation Community of Washington, DC. It is free to the public (and will be live-streamed), but participants are strongly encouraged to make a donation by registering for a Zoom link below.
