8-Week Series: Thursdays, October 15-December 10

(No class on Thanksgiving, November 26)

The Art of Practice is an 8-session online course to inspire and empower you to experience your meditation practice as act of creativity. Whether you have an established daily practice, or would like to develop one for the first time, this course will provide tools to evolve your meditation practice into an embodiment of what you most value. And to make it the foundation of your life.

The Art of Practice is founded upon a central principle: our real transformative power lies in what we DO. Not in what we think. Not in what we believe. But in our actions - in what we dedicate ourselves to every day. As a creative practice, meditation becomes a declaration and an embodiment of our commitment to what matters most to us. As such, it bridges any seeming gap between “spiritual life” and “real life,” between our inner and outer lives. Our experience of life becomes more cohesive and unified, in greater alignment with our integrity.

Each week’s class will be focused around an Art of Practice theme. Each week, you receive a guided meditation, practice exercise, and inspirational reading to support that week’s theme, along with online resources for sharing impactful moments with other participants.

Private interviews with Laura to support your course experience are available upon request at additional cost.

Note: Because this is an online retreat, participants are encouraged to find space of relative quiet, limiting the amount of interaction with others in the environment as much as possible. Participants may join by internet or via phone.

Participants will be given the Zoom link in the registration confirmation email.
