Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Thursdays, September 26-November 14. This intimate and intensive 8-week course is designed to help you establish your own unique mindfulness practice, teach you techniques that can help reduce physical and emotional symptoms made worse by stress, and increase your peace and quality of life. This course is suitable for both beginning meditators (no meditation experience required) and for experienced meditators looking to deepen their practice and understanding of mindfulness.
