Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation & Stress Reduction
at Dream Yoga Studio (McLean)
Tuesdays, April 9-May 28. This 8-week course will give you an opportunity to become familiar with basic techniques, concepts and applicable skills of Mindfulness Meditation. While shorter than a traditional MBSR Course, instructions will be given in various postures and practices including; sitting, kneeling, standing, walking, gentle movement and interactive "contemplative dyads".
