Introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

8 weeks, Tuesdays, September 10-October 29. This 8-week course will give you an opportunity to become familiar with basic techniques, concepts and applicable skills of Mindfulness Meditation. While shorter than a traditional MBSR Course, instructions will be given in various postures and practices including; sitting, kneeling, standing, walking, gentle movement and interactive "contemplative dyads".
