Team IMCW

IMCW staff ensure strong administrative functions to support the dynamic programs, retreats, and over 150 events offered by IMCW each month. Our team fosters a vibrant, connected community through managing programming, finances, and the website, assisting teachers, and facilitating key initiatives like town halls, Sangha visits, and volunteer opportunities—they create the foundation for efficiency and growth, allowing IMCW to thrive.

Pam Jacobson
Interim Executive Director

Pam Jacobson is a seasoned nonprofit professional and interim executive director who comes to IMCW with over 25 years of experience in developing and growing programs and organizations that thrive, as well as a commitment to personal development and spiritual practice. Pam has traveled extensively, working with refugees, and has served as an organizational consultant, helping nonprofit organizations streamline systems, build infrastructure, and achieve financial goals. She enjoys yoga, hiking, and crafting.

Anne Adams Green
Director of Finance and Operations

Anne brings her extensive background in nonprofit and organizational management to IMCW for the oversight of finance, compliance, facilities, and contracts. She came to IMCW through the Family Meditation class and has served as our administrative director since 2009. Anne’s practice is rooted in several different traditions going back more than 40 years.

Scott Cunningham
Seven Oaks Retreat Center Director

Scott oversees all aspects of Seven Oaks Retreat Center operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of support for the land, facilities, community outreach, programs, staff, and guest experience. Scott is the past Director of The Living Earth School in Charlottesville, Va., and brings a wealth of experience in organizational leadership, financial stewardship, and operational excellence.

Griffen Saul
Sangha Engagement Manager

The newest member of the IMCW team, Griffen Saul, brings an entrepreneurial spirit, incredible enthusiasm and creativity to a newly created position responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and mobilize the IMCW sangha, broaden its reach across the Mid-Atlantic region, and gather community insights to inform future programs at both IMCW and the Seven Oaks Retreat Center. The role supports volunteer leadership, fosters inter-sangha connection, and uses feedback to enhance participant experience and engagement. Griffen is also a Yoga teacher, a member of the Downtown Dharma Sangha and the Board President of Insight on the Inside.  

Addie Green
Development Manager

Addie is a former art educator and has provided administrative support on a variety of projects for IMCW since 2022. Addie’s eclectic background includes illustration, teaching and fundraising. She is an avid traveler and pet lover.
Currently, in her role as Development Manager, Addie is responsible for implementing and refining IMCW’s annual fundraising plan, including donor cultivation, event coordination, grants management, and ensuring accurate reporting to build a diverse and sustainable funding base.

Nicole Butler
Program Administrator

Nicole serves as Host at Seven Oaks Retreat Center and joined the IMCW team in January 2026 providing logistical and technical program support to ensure administrative continuity across IMCW & Seven Oaks Retreat Center. 

Nicole enjoys many creative pursuits, and particularly enjoys photography as a way to explore and record the natural world. She has maintained a personal meditation practice for close to a decade, which helps guide the way she lives and engages with the world.

The IMCW Team is supported by dedicated individuals who provide advice, guidance and technical support for communications and program activities.

Trisha Stotler
Events Consultant

Trisha has worn many hats with IMCW over the years, from Board Member to Director of Programs and Development. She has been a student of meditation for over thirty years and a dharma teacher for IMCW since 2009. Currently, Trisha supports IMCW events, serving as an advisor for teachers launching retreats and day-long programs, and spearheading special gatherings, such as house parties and online forums.

Glen Harrison (Sukhita)
Retreat Management, Registrar, Website and Production Consultant

Glen joined the IMCW team in 2011. He provides essential backend support, coordinating event and class registration, facilitating special requests for retreats, managing meditation retreats and website, audio and video content edits. Glen is a Gulf War Veteran and a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Uzbekistan and Romania). He also serves as co-treasurer for the International Buddhist Committee (IBC).

Alexandra Littlehales
Marketing & Communications Consultant

Alexandra supports marketing efforts for IMCW and Seven Oaks Retreat Center, creating newsletters, social media content, and other materials that help share the organizations’ work and programs with the wider community. Alexandra has experience in website design and development, marketing for small businesses and non-profits, and small business advising. She enjoys traveling, kayaking, being outdoors, and British mysteries.
