Bill, I took away from this MBSR course something especially powerful for me. Your explanation of True Self, not being identified with all the rules, activities, accomplishments, mistakes – owning it, responsible yes; but knowing that’s not who I really am. This helped me gain a greater access to that deep soul within me. Also, I enjoyed the opportunity to learn more deeply how mindfulness can help me address stress and anxiety.
I spend a lot of time, more than I realized, multi-tasking and/or not being fully present. Due to this course, I feel more connected to myself, others and the environment when I am attentive to the present moment. I have known many great teachers and you, Bill, are among them.
