Doug Fagen

Doug Fagen first began practicing mindfulness meditation 20 years ago with Tara Brach.  Mindfulness practice has become a central part of his work as a clinical psychologist with children and teens. 

Doug Fagen first began practicing mindfulness meditation 20 years ago with Tara Brach, and his life has been transformed as a result.  Mindfulness practice has become a central part of his work as a clinical psychologist with children and teens, and of his spiritual practice as well.  He has received training with Mindful Schools to practice mindfulness with children and teens, and has seen the powerful impact that it can have on both students and the adults who care for them. 

Doug is grateful to have participated in the family retreat program at IMCW, and has been inspired by the healing power of mindfulness practice across generations.
