As the days get colder and darker, and the busyness of the holiday season wraps up, there’s a natural urge to come back home to oneself. The IMCW New Year Retreat has become a tradition for many who look forward to this time of quiet contemplation and sangha. We honor the year that’s gone by and nurture the presence of mind and compassionate heart that will serve us in the coming year.
This year’s teachers Hugh Byrne, Ofosu Jones-Quartey, and Trisha Stotler invite you to join them for this at-home retreat, where they’ll offer teachings, guided and silent practice periods, and small group check-ins throughout the week. As the retreat comes to a close, we’ll share a refuge ceremony and a surprise or two as we ring in the New Year.
We hope you can join us!
