True Refuge Companions Gathering

Saturday, Nov. 12, 4:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Please join us to learn more about IMCW’s new True Refuge Companions program, designed to support sangha members who are aging, ill, dying, caregiving or grieving and would like a companion by their side.

Experienced meditators have been trained as Companions to be in presence, meditate with, and deeply listen to Meditators who need support at this time in their lives.

There is no charge for the True Refuge Companions program, and the trained Companions are grateful to be available to be of service to you.

Program Director Jill Drew will lead us in a short sit and provide a brief description of the program and the need. There will be time for Q & A about the program itself and how the practice can support us in dealing with illness.

Visit imcw.org/programs/true-refuge-companions/ to learn more and apply to be paired with a companion.

Join with this Zoom Link or you can use Meeting ID: 861 7854 7416 and Passcode: Refuge. Choose “Gallery View” and you’ll see us all together in community. It’s a very warm and peaceful experience. 🙂

Drop-in — no registration required. All are welcome!

This is a supportive community where we all learn & practice together. We look forward to seeing you. 🙂
